Tuticorin-based Tamilnad Mercantile Bank (TMB) has opened its 232nd branch at Chitlapakkam, Chennai, on Monday.
A release from the bank said that Mr A.K. Jagannathan, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank, presided over the function. Mr V.S.P.S. Mathivanan, Proprietor of VSP Super Market, declared open the new branch. Mr V. Sandanam, Correspondent of SCS Matric School, lit the traditional lamp.
Mr N. Radhakrishnan, Proprietor of Radharukmani Kalyana Mahal, declared open the safe room. Mr A.A. Murugesan, Secretary of Chrompet Traders Association, inaugurated the computer operations and Mr S.Pandian, Proprietor of Pandian Super Market, dedicated the 176th ATM of the bank to the public.
