Vijaya Bank has opened 100 ultra small branches in financial inclusion (FI) villages of Mandya district. The branches were inaugurated by Mr H.S. Upendra Kamath, chairman and managing director of the bank.
The bank has also opened another 71 branches across the country.
Vijaya Bank, in a release, said it has provided banking services to all the allotted 407 villages with population of above 2,000 before the March 31, 2012 deadline.
