Kochi-based architect Lalichan Zacharias has been selected to receive Outstanding Member Award 2012 by Indian Institute of Architects.
This is the highest individual honour of IIA given to a member once in two years on the basis of the contribution to the betterment of the profession and for the activities enhancing the image of IIA.
The recipient has served as the Chairman of IIA Cochin Centre, Chairman of IIA Kerala Chapter, Organising Chairman of the IIA National Convention 2007, and currently serving as the National Council Member of the Institute.
The award will be given at the National Convention of IIA on December 29 at Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
