L&T Realty, the real estate arm of Larsen & Toubro, has entered the Bengaluru market with the launch of a mixed-use township in Hebbal. Titled ‘Raintree Boulevard’, L&T Realty aims to create and bring back the old world charm of erstwhile Bengaluru. Shrikant Joshi, CEO, said the project spread over 65 acres will be developed in phases. Totalling to over 1,200 apartments, phase I is expected to be completed by mid-2019.
