Sitosys eMedia Private Ltd has launched a real estate Web application portal to offer real estate products and property management services.
One-stop-shop
The promoters said that the portal — www.propiedad.co.in — would provide one-stop-shop for all information related to the real estate sector.
Propiedad (means property in Spanish) is like a marketplace where everyone related directly or indirectly to the real estate industry can meet, share or search on a common platform, Vijay Kashyap Reddy, Managing Director, Sitosys eMedia, said.
Launching the portal, he said it was developed on .NET technology platform with various features such as interoperability and security.
“Real estate players such as PBEL, Aliens Group, Ramky Group and Sampada Homes have come on board the platform,” he said.
“We have invested about Rs 50 lakh to develop this portal. We charge agents and brokerages, while allowing free-to-list entries on the portal. We start listing properties in tier-iii cities like Warangal, Visakhapatnam, Tirupati, Kurnool and Rajahmundry in the next two months,” he said.
By July 2013 it will cover major cities like Bengaluru, Chennai and Kochi.
