Providing a platform to bring together developers, prospective buyers and investors, financial institutions and banks, Indiaproperty.com, leading real estate portal, will organize a two-day property show in Ahmedabad from Saturday.

To be held at YMCA International Centre, around 100 new projects will be on display with participation from over 60 top builders in the one-stop show, called “Gruhpravesham”, the organizers said here on Friday.

The exhibition will also have leading banks and financial institutions offer guidance and assistance for investors. Buyers attending this exhibition will not only be privy to special pre-launch offers especially designed for the show but they can also avail of spot home loan approvals, Ganesh Vasudevan, CEO, Indiaproperty.com said.

There will also be a special stall from Assistedproperty, a home search service launched by Indiaproperty.com to help buyers to navigate the real estate market with ease. Every customer who signs up for this service will be assigned a dedicated property search manager for research, review and short-listing properties as per his individual requirements.

Since its first edition in November 2011, the Gruhapravesham property show has been held across six cities in India, and in the USA, generating almost four lakh footfalls to become the preferred property exhibition for Indian realty buyers and investors. 

Launched in 2006, Indiaproperty.com receives over 1.2 million visitors a month, has 4.5 lakh properties listed across 20 cities, 3 million active registered users and over 1,000 new projects advertised, he added.
