The 6th edition of ‘Gruhapravesham 2012’, the property show from IndiaProperty.com kicked off on Friday at the Jawaharlal Nehru International Stadium.
The city Mayor Tony Chammany inaugurated the three-day event that brings together leading builders and developers, home loan institutions, real estate agents and allied service enablers, all under one roof.
The show will showcase around 100 builders and 500 new properties from across the State.
Ganesh Vasudevan, Vice President and Business Head, IndiaProperty.com said that the show will be the one-stop event for all the property seekers in the city.
The real estate market in the city is driven by the NRIs and HNIs and the sector is witnessing positive sentiments from investors since the last quarter.
