Rajapushpa Properties, part the Hyderabad based diversified group, has announced the launch of three projects, a residential high rise property, a luxury villa venture and an IT Commercial Park in the Financial District of Hyderabad.

“Together, these projects entail an investment outlay of Rs 650 crore, which would be met through internal accruals, bank loans and funds from customers,” P Sreenivas Reddy, Executive Director of Rajapushpa, said.

The Hyderabad-based realtor inducted Olympic Silver medallist an Ace Badminton star PV Sindhu as its brand ambassador.

Announcing the launch of Rajapsuhpa Regalia, a three tower project in Gachibowli-Kokapet area on the Outer Ring Road, Rajapushpa Greendale, a luxury villa project and The Summit, a Grade-A IT building of over 5 lakh sq.ft, P Jayachandra Reddy, Chairman, Rajapushpa, said, “Over the past decade, we have built a reputation for quality and timely construction. With the launch of three mega properties, we are heading towards a high growth path. The IT park will be a major commercial space offering with lease option.”

Referring to the Hyderabad real estate market, Sreenivas Reddy said the market has begun to show signs of better times ahead. There was some temporary setback for about four months in the first quarter of this year. The recent announcement about RERA and GST would augur well for the sector in the long run.

The realty business, established in 2006, has several marquee projects under its fold with total built up space of over 5 million sq.ft. It is looking at consolidating its presence further, he said.

The company is also looking at the opportunity to take up affordable housing projects, provided land bank is available. “We expect developers will get clarity on this within six months,” he said.

Ace star Sindhu said, “I am delighted to be associated with Rajapushpa where I am a resident of their property since three years.”

Asked about her preparation for new challenges, Sindhu said, “I am striving hard to bring laurels to the country. Badminton as a sport is getting recognition and a number of payers are making a mark.” She said, “Achivements by Srikanth Kidambi deserve to be lauded.”
