Tata Value Homes has won the award for 'best technological innovation consumer approach' at the CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards 2014.
A press release said the company was conferred the award for its initiative of selling homes through online marketplaces.
The release quoted Brotin Banerjee, MD & CEO, Tata Housing Development Company, as saying: “In our quest to become a customer-centric organisation, our efforts have been centred around identifying newer avenues for conducting business, reaching the customer through multiple channels thus ensuring we remain a name to reckon with in the industry. We are proud to receive this award and will continue our endeavour to bring technological innovation."
CNBC Awaaz Real Estate Awards 2014 is India’s biggest in the real estate sector.
