NCR-based real estate company Vipul Ltd on Monday announced the launch of its new 19-acre project 'Aarohan' on the Golf Course Road, Gurgaon.
“The project constitutes three iconic towers with four apartments on each floor in each tower in phase-I. Aarohan is being built with an investment of Rs 1,500 crore and company expects a realisation of Rs 3,000 crore from it,” Vipul Ltd said in a statement.
The apartments are priced upwards of Rs 3 crore.
The project will include facilities such as a sky deck, landscaped intermediated terraces, amphitheater, modern security solutions including synchronized fire fighting systems, CCTV surveillance in entire complex, smoke and heat detectors etc.
