An ancient idol of Lord Hanuman was found in a village in Budgam district today.
The stone sculpture of Lord Hanuman was recovered by a villager, Farooq Ahmad Kumar, while he was digging his compound at Kralpora, a police spokesman said.
The villager has handed over the idol to Chadoora police station.
