Indra Nooyi, former Chairman & CEO of PepsiCo Inc, spent 24 years in the global soft drink and foods corporation, 12 of them as CEO. She was the first woman of colour and an immigrant to head a Fortune 50 company.  Nooyi has just penned her memoirs My Life in Full: Work, Family and Our Future , published by Hachette India.
