How tech-savvy are you?
I like to be well aware of the latest developments that are taking places around me. Whether it’s checking out restaurants nearby through Zomato or calling your loved ones on their birthday or planning your day on a digital calendar, technology has been a boon in these day-to-day affairs.
What gadgets do you use?
I usually use Zync Z-999 tablet, Zync Z-5, Blackberry Bold 4, Apple MacBook Pro, iMac and use the iPad to watch videos on YouTube and access social networking sites.
What is the latest gadget you picked up?
My latest gadget possession is a Blackberry Bold 4.
What is your dream machine?
My dream machine would be to have an Apple MacBook Air any maybe own a Lamborghini one day.
What do you not like about technology?
Seldom, the devices that you use freeze and I don’t like rebooting and reloading the software in the gadget.
What apps do you use regularly?
I use various personal as well as professional apps. I often use navigation apps to find a location, weather apps . I also like to use Microsoft Outlook to check my work e-mails whilst I am on the go. In my free time, I also use apps like Facebook and LinkedIn and watch videos on YouTube. I am always glued on to by BlackBerry Messenger to stay in touch with friends and co-workers for my personal and professional work.
What’s the biggest tech disaster according to you?
The biggest tech disaster that happened to me is when I lost my data when my BlackBerry Bold fell into the water.
What’s the biggest tech success according to you?
Being from a background in steel and coal mining, we decided to start Zync Global which is a pioneer in tablet PCs, accessories and other IT peripherals. With the constant innovation and upgradation of technology that the world has seen, Zync was the right choice for us to enter the low-cost tablet market and cater to the youth at large. This according to me is the biggest tech success and we hope to bring cutting-edge technology for our users at the most affordable price.
One instance where technology solved your problem.
There was an instance where my photographs on my MacBook Pro got deleted by mistake. I used a data recovery software to recover the lost data. I believe that technology plays a very important role in our daily lives. I wonder how the world would be without technology!
