Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India on Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with HDFC ERGO General Insurance as a preferred insurance partner for Honda two-wheelers in India.
Elaborating on this latest insurance partnership, Yadvinder Singh Guleria, Senior Vice-President, Sales & Marketing, Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India, said this is “a truly win-win situation for our customers”. They will get 40 per cent saving on insurance premium (own-damage) and near cashless claim settlement with convenient digital interface, he added.
“Driven by this partnership with HDFC ERGO, we aim to further delight our customers this festival season,” Guleria said.
Ritesh Kumar, Managing Director & CEO, HDFC ERGO General Insurance, told BusinessLine that this tie-up would “help us grow in motor insurance and expand our portfolio”.
