Ingersoll Rand has appointed Madhusudan Rao as its Chief Financial Officer and India Controller. Rao will be responsible for Ingersoll Rand’s financial strategy and functions, the company said in a statement.
His other responsibilities include financial planning, which includes investor relations, treasury, external reporting and risk management secretarial functions across all Ingersoll Rand legal entities in India.
