CMI said it received orders worth ₹10.38 crore on November 15 for supply of six Quad 0.9 mm dia cable and another order worth ₹1.75 crore on December 4 for unscreened power cable 2Cx25 sq mm for 163.88 km from Northern Railways. The company will start delivery this week and complete the execution of the order in the next quarter. Shares of CMI surged 17.4 per cent at ₹72.95 on the BSE.

The board of directors of Winsome Diamonds and Jewellery on Monday approved closure of the company’s industrial establishment at Goa, the company said in a notice to the exchanges. The establishment in Goa is spread over 58,100 sq ft and is located at Mapusa, according to the company’s web site. Shares of Winsome Diamonds ended unchanged at ₹0.70 on the National Stock Exchange.

Cyber Media (India) has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary Kurrent Media LLC, in the US, with the object of providing media-related services. However, the company did not provide any other details on the size or company structure to the exchanges. Shares of Cyber Media, which trades under periodic call auction, did not see action on Monday. On Friday, it closed at ₹9.95 on the BSE.
