Toll road developer IRB Infrastructure Developers said its promoters Virendra D Mhaiskar jointly with Deepali V Mhaiskar and Virendra D Mhaiskar (HUF), have revoked 1.36 crore (4.11 per cent) shares under pledge. Following this, there are no more promoter shares under pledge, the company added. The promoters hold 60.49 per cent stake in IRB Infrastructure.
