Reliance Mutual Fund today offloaded over 35 lakh shares of IT firm Take Solutions for nearly Rs 11 crore to Shriram Entrepreneurial Ventures through open market transactions.
As per bulk deal data available with the stock exchanges, Reliance Mutual Fund sold 18 lakh shares on the BSE and 17.24 lakh shares on the NSE.
The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 30.75 aggregating to a deal size of Rs 10.83 crore.
The shares were purchased by Shriram Group firm, Shriram Entrepreneurial Ventures, data shows.
Take Solutions, a Shriram Group firm, offers IT solutions to companies working in Life Sciences domain and for managing supply chain management of companies in various verticals.
At the end of September quarter, Reliance Capital Trustee Co Ltd — Reliance Small Cap Fund held 35.24 lakh shares or 2.88 per cent stake in Take Solutions.
Shares of Take Solutions surged by 3.21 per cent to settle at Rs 30.50 apiece on the BSE.
