The committee of directors of Aksh Optifibre Ltd has approved the opening of a foreign currency convertible bond issue aggregating up to $3.792 million. The issue opened on Monday for foreign investors. Currently, promoters hold 30.92 per cent stake in the company. The stock on Monday closed at ₹19.45, down 1.52 per cent on the BSE. The company reported a revenue of ₹46.07 crore in the October-December quarter and a profit of ₹2.53 crore.
