Analysts would be keenly watching developments at GM Breweries, whose board is meeting on Thursday. Besides results for the year-ended March 31, 2014 and dividend, the board will also consider rewarding investors with bonus shares. For the quarter ended December 2013, the company posted a profit of ₹4.29 crore on revenue of ₹76.87 crore. For fiscal 2013, it posted a profit of ₹12.78 crore. If the board concurs, this would be the maiden bonus issue from the company.
