The board of C Mahendra Exports Ltd has declared an interim dividend of one per cent (10 paise per equity share of ₹10 each) on 1.5 crore equity shares to non-promoters/non-promoter group. This will cost ₹15 lakh to the company. The interim dividend will be paid on or before 30 days from the date of declaration. It, however, has decided to waive off the interim dividend payments to promoters/promoter group. The stock on Friday closed at ₹207.2, down 2.9 per cent over the previous day’s close.
