Comments
Cement stocks were sitting pretty near the close on the NSE on Tuesday. At 2.55 pm UltraTech Cement was the top gainer, quoting at ₹2,593.75. This represented a gain of 4.98 per cent on its previous close at ₹2,470.60.
ACC gained 4.18 per cent to quote at ₹1,432. It had ended the overnight session at ₹1,374.50.
Grasim Industries was trading at ₹3,335. This represented a gain of 3.82 per cent on its previous close at ₹3,212.25.
Ambuja Cement firmed up 3.82 per cent at ₹212.20. The stock had ended the previous session at ₹204.40.
M&M raced up 3.75 per cent at ₹1,229.95 as against its overnight close at ₹1,185.50.
