Ashok Leyland has sold 50 lakh shares of IndusInd Bank Ltd on Tuesday, through a combination of bulk deals and normal trading. According to block deal data available with the BSE, Credo India Thematic Fund bought 12.5 lakh shares at an average price of ₹467.85. Details pertaining to the remaining part of the stake sale were not available with the stock exchanges. The IndusInd Bank stock on Tuesday closed at ₹482.55, up 3.14 per cent over the previous day’s close.

The board of directors of Sri Adhikari Brothers Television Network has allotted one crore convertible warrants at an issue price of ₹75.10 to entities in the promoter group and others on preferential basis. The company has received 25 per cent of the issue price from the allottees. The warrants entitle the allottees to apply for an equal number of equity shares on payment of balance 75 per cent of the issue price within 18 months from the date of issue of such warrants. The stock on Tuesday closed flat at ₹70.6.

Thomas Cook Insurance Services (India) Ltd has informed BSE that it has been allotted 2.06 crore equity shares of Sterling Holiday Resorts (India) on March 14 at a price of ₹90.49 a share, aggregating to ₹186.86 crore. The acquirer has acquired certain rights in relation to the company in accordance with the Subscription Agreement dated February 7, 2014 entered into between the acquirer and the company. These rights will be exercised in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, as amended.
