The board of directors of Acrysil on Wednesday approved a fund raising programme of up to ₹60 crore through various means. The board has authorised Chirag A Parekh, Chairman and Managing Director of the company to explore the proposition further. The board also approved further investment in wholly owned subsidiary in the UK and incorporation of a step-down subsidiary in China through company's Hong Kong subsidiary Acrysil International Ltd. The stock of plastic products major edged up 0.37 per cent at ₹605.5 on the BSE.

Digjam's board of directors on Wednesday decided to issue upto 10 lakh non-convertible redeemable preference shares of ₹100 each in one or more tranches aggregating to ₹10 crore on private placement basis. The preference shares will not be listed at the exchanges. The company has convened an EGM on March 25 to seek shareholders approval for the proposal. Shares of Digjam slipped 0.6 per cent at ₹7.85 on the NSE.

Accel Frontline Ltd , a part of the promoter group of Accel Frontline Ltd, has submitted to the exchanges a notice of offer-for-sale (OFS) of shares of 7.84 lakh shares of the face value of ₹10 each, representing 2.63 per cent of the equity share capital of the company on Friday. The OFS will be conducted exclusively through a separate window provided by the NSE and the BSE. The share sale will take place during the normal trading hours. The stock of Accel Frontline closed at ₹73.80, up 0.27 per cent on the BSE.
