Sun Pharmaceutical Industries on Wednesday said it has received tentative approval from the US Food and Drug Administration for adcirca and cialis, generic of Tadalafil. Cialis is used to treat erectile dysfunction and symptoms of benign prostatic hypertrophy. Adcirca is used to treat pulmonary arterial hypertension and improve exercise capacity in men and women. Tadalafil relaxes muscles found in the walls of blood vessels and increases blood flow to particular areas of the body. Shares of Sun Pharma were down 4.1 per cent at ₹623.05 on the NSE.

Subros on Wednesday said it has restarted production of radiators at its Noida plant and engine cooling modules at its Manesar plant, in view of the entrustment production contract entered into with Denso Corp last year. The company said new lines and enhanced capacities have been set up in line with the customer’s requirements. In May last year, a fire had broken out at the company’s Manesar factory that makes air-conditioning kits for cars. The fire was said to have gutted the factory. Shares of Subros were down 1 per cent at ₹198.65 on the NSE.

Ram Minerals and Chemicals has informed the BSE that its board has recommended issue of bonus shares to its shareholders in the ratio of 4:1, that is, four bonus shares for every one existing share, subject to approval by shareholders. However, the notice for the meeting of members and record date for the issue will be intimated later, the company said in a notification to the exchanges. Shares of Ram Minerals gained 1.5 per cent at ₹113.65 on the BSE.
