Citigroup Global Markets and Birla Sun Life bought 64 lakh shares and 67.95 lakh shares each of Dish TV, according to BSE bulk deal data. They bought the shares at an average price of ₹81.75. However, Apollo India Private Equity sold 3.2 crore shares of the company. The identity of the remaining buyers is unknown. This bodes well for Dish TV, as the shares will now be held by a clutch of investors rather than remain concentrated in a single hand.
