Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers and Chemicals has now been informed by Luxembourg Stock Exchange that in view of termination of the depositary agreement, it will de-list the GDRs of the company from December 12, 2017. Earlier, the company had agreed with BNY Mellon termination of the depositary agreement. Shares of GNFC slipped 0.28 per cent at ₹433.90 on the NSE.
