Indo Tech Transformers has informed the exchanges that the “workers have not reported to work on Tuesday and are sitting outside the factories in Chennai, without informing the company of the reasons”. The management is in discussion with the workers and the company will inform the stock exchanges further on the developments, the company said in a statement. The company, however, did not disclose the financial/production implications of the workers' move. The stock of Indo Tech Transformers edged down 1.85 per cent at ₹185.90 on the NSE.
