NHC Foods, a Union Government recognised Star Export House, plans to raise Rs 25 crore through qualified institutional placement by next month.
Apoorva Shah, CMD, NHC Foods, said the company will explore various avenues of investments to put it on a growth path.
Being the latest entrant in the domestic spice market, NHC recently set up a modern food and spices processing plant on 4.50 acres at Pardi in Gujarat. The company manufactures and exports a wide range of spices, oilseeds and other food products to different countries across the globe.
In the domestic market, the company’s brand ‘Saaz Masala’ has evoked good response in Mumbai, Maharashtra and Gujarat, he said.
Shares of the company closed 1.10 per cent lower at Rs 40.30 on Wednesday on the BSE.
