Open offer form Max Group Promoter and Chairman of Max Ventures and Industries Analjit Singh will begin on Wednesday. The promoter plans to buy additional 34.6 per cent stake at ₹31.50 a share. With the completion of the open offer, the promoter stake may rise to 75 per cent in Max Ventures. The offer, which is open till October 13, is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance. The current market price is ₹53.6.
