Shares of Inditrade Capital, formerly JRG Securities, will remain in focus, as Shilpa Porinju Veliyath on Wednesday acquired stake in the company. According to BSE bulk deal data, Shilpa Porinju Veliyath bought 1.42 lakh shares at an average price of ₹45.74. Also, Porinju-controlled Equity Intelligence has bought 3.39 lakh shares of Ginni Filaments at ₹49.2 a share, NSE bulk deal data has revealed. The seller’s identity was now known.
