SPML Infra said it has bagged orders worth ₹250 crore from West Bengal, Haryana, and some other States for power transmission and distribution projects. The first order is for rural electricity infrastructure development, valued at ₹107 crore for agricultural feeder separation works under Deendayal Upadhyaya Gram Yojana in Murshidabad. The order is expected to be completed in 24 months. The second order, valued at ₹89.4 crore, is for extending seven substations, including two units at Malda, one each at Durgapur, Jeypore, Rourkela, and Angul and two units at Maithon. The period for completion of project is 20 months.The third order is from Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam and is valued at ₹48.88 crore. It entails design, supply, build, test, and commission of a GIS substation at Faridabad in Haryana. This order is to be completed in 18 months. Shares of SPML Infra were up 4.92 per cent at ₹61.90 on the NSE.
