Shares of Atul will remain in focus as its wholly owned subsidiary Atul Europe has sold its investment in a joint venture company M Dohmen SA. The company, which informed the deal to the exchanges after market hours, had entered into a 50:50 joint venture with M Dohmen in 2011. The South African major is a manufacturer of dyes for synthetic fibres and has units in Germany, Korea and Switzerland. The Lalbhai group did not disclose the financial details.
