Surana Ventures Ltd has informed the BSE that a meeting of the board of directors will be held on September 22 to consider the sub-division of equity shares.
The company board will consider as to how the Rs 10 share could be split.
Shares of Surana Ventures closed at Rs 71, up 1.4 per cent.
