UFO Moviez India Ltd has announced its initial public offer, which will be open between April 28 and 30. The Rs 600-crore issue is entirely an offer for sale by its existing shareholders.
Each share of face value of Rs 10 is priced at a Rs 615-Rs 625 per share. The minimum bid lot is 24 equity shares and in multiples of 24 thereafter.
UFO Moviez operates India's largest digital cinema distribution network and in-cinema advertising platform (in terms of number of screens) as of October 2014, according to ratings and research agency Crisil.
Axis Capital and Citigroup Global Markets India Pvt Ltd are the book running lead managers to the issue.
