United Spirits on Thursday said that due to unavoidable circumstances, the consideration of the audited financial results of the company for the year ended March 31, 2014 and recommendation of dividend, if any, will not be taken up on Friday. The stock on Thursday slumped 2.5 per cent at ₹2,613.7. The company, however, did not divulge any other details on the issue.
