Zenith Infotech informed the exchanges that the Bombay High Court will deliver a judgment on the winding up of the company. On Wednesday, the Court extended the stay till April 21. Earlier, a division bench of the Bombay HC had dismissed an appeal by Zenith Infotech against the winding-up proceedings initiated by holders of foreign currency convertible bonds of the company. Zenith owes $90 million (₹586 crore) to FCCB holders.
