Zerodha.com, an on-line brokerage firm, on Tuesday launched a trading platform, which communicates in Bengali.
The firm’s Associate Vice-President, Shubayu Bhol, said Zerodha’s web-based trading platform that adapts to mobiles and tablet, started Bengali a version of its platform KITE.
Zerodha offers such Indian language specific platforms in Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi and Gujarati.
For F&O, commodities too Zerodha’s trading tool is meant to trade in stocks including derivatives, commodities and currencies across multiple exchanges on low brokerage charges. Bhol said it charges 0.01 per cent brokerage with a maximum limit of ₹20 for a singe transaction.
In West Bengal, it has around 10,000 clients.
