Real estate developer Ezzy Group plans to invest an additional Rs 800 crore in Bengaluru over the next four years.
So far the company has infused a total investment of Rs 200 crore to develop one million square feet of premium luxury housing across three new projects - Andalusia, Gallery Central, and Ezzy Tower, all to be launched this year.
The company announced that it has launched a high-end project - ‘The Avenue’ - that was launched by international supermodel and cine actress Angela Krislinzki.
Ezzy Group’s Managing Director Hisham Tamiz, said: “We have developed a business vision for 2020 to take up a series of property developments in Bengaluru.”
“A city like Bengaluru has immense potential to absorb luxury real estate, still I believe there is a vacuum in supply. The city’s economic growth in the last five years has accelerated the growth of start-up companies, heavy industries and manufacturing, resulting in creating HNIs wanting to upgrade to a luxury lifestyle,” he added.
