TMR Infra has announced the launch of TMR Terrain, a satellite township project near Shadnagar in Ranga Reddy district on the city outskirts.
With Shadnagar gradually evolving into a commercial and residential hub, the TMR Group promoted Infra unit is launching this project to cater to the latent demand.
“We have designed the project to provide world class infrastructure to suit the new generation lifestyle,” Mohan Reddy, Managing Director, TMR, said in a statement.
The project is coming up on a 300-acre site and comprises of 165 sq yard and 400 sq yard plots. The company is offering the plots with a launch price of ₹3,300 per sq yard.
Earlier, TMR Infra had completed another venture Golden Habitat. Tollywood actress Anu Emmanuel was present during the launch of the project.
