1 I begin my day with a lemon shot sprinkled with cinnamon powder. It works like magic, making my very acidic stomach alkaline! A bowl of papaya before my workout gives me a fabulous pre-workout high.

2 Next comes the Cross Fit class. I enjoy working out with an amazing group of people at Otters Club every morning. They keep me motivated and push me to stretch myself. It’s is an empowering start to take on my day head on.

3 I love food and my job revolves around food. A huge foodie, I am not one to follow fad diets. I believe in wholesome well-balanced meals and eat in moderate quantities as food fuels my brain. My regular dose of protein is inhouse, from Zorabian Chicken, which is preservative-free.

4 A business woman, actor and mother of two young children, my lifestyle is hectic. It is important to stay hydrated to keep my energy levels going. I have an app which reminds me to drink water every hour. This keeps me refreshed through the day and helps me with weight loss as well.

5 A positive attitude keeps me mentally healthy. In spite of work pressures, I try to stay positive. I believe in keeping it simple and stay away from negativity and drama.
