1. I am up every day by 5 30. My day starts with a warm-up walk, followed the treadmill. I enjoy playing tennis and going for a swim for a couple of hours. I follow a daily exercise regime.

2 I don’t have any dietary restrictions, even at 79 years! My favourite cuisines are Chinese and Thai. When at home, I prefer south Indian food, but when I travel, I explore other cuisines.

3 An avid tennis fan, my biggest stress buster is when I am playing on the court. Unless I have an early morning flight, I prefer to play at least for 45 minutes, and then leave for the airport.

4 Discipline, punctuality, dedication and hard work are my mantras in life.

5 Even my relaxation is in watching tennis matches. But at other times, I do watch some television serials with my wife, at the end of day.
