Infrastructure company, Megha Engineering and Infrastructures Ltd (MEIL), has delivered the first batch of pipes as part of a Rs 23.87-crore order for supply of pipes for the Dabhol-Bengalur Gas supply project. The company has geared up for supply of the 33,838 m of spiral pipes. Mr Daljit Singh, Associate Vice-President of the company, said the entire supply will be completed in seven months. “With an annual production capacity of 75,000 tonnes per a year, we cater to the EPC contracts for infrastructure projects such as irrigation and drinking water projects,” he said.
