BARODA RAYON CORPORATION LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2019. In continuation of our earlier intimation dated 28th June, 2019 regarding Closure of Trading Windows, the Trading Windows for dealing in securities of the Company has been already closed from 01st July, 2019 and shall remain closed up to 16th August, 2019 (both days inclusive) i.e. till 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019.
