Hindustan Motors Ltd has informed the stock exchanges that Mr Subroto Gupta has ceased to be the nominee director of IDBI Bank Ltd with effect from May 9.
IDBI Bank has named Mr Gautam Dutta as a non-rotational nominee in Mr Gupta's place.
