Pincon Spirit Ltd (PSL) has acquired Orbitol Solutions Pte Ltd (OSPL), a Singapore incorporated company for an undisclosed sum.
PSL said that OSPL is engaged in the business of merchant trading and agricultural commodities. Its business is said to be spread across South East Asia.
This will help PSL to export its own brand of 'Ultra Force XXX Jamaican Rum' to the South East Asian market. Simultaneously, PSL would import through it liquor and pulses for marketing in India.
Meanwhile, PSL board of directors will meet on February 19 to consider preferential issue of shares and warrants. It is also expected to set the date for an EGM.
