Mr Michael Patsalos-Fox, senior partner at McKinsey & Company, has been elected to the board of Cognizant Technology Solutions.
Mr Patsalos-Fox, 59, has worked for 31 years in McKinsey and has served on the firm’s operating committee and elected board for several years.
With his election, the board of directors of the US-based technology company with offshore development centres, now consists of nine directors, seven of whom are independent under NASDAQ’s rules, says a Cognizant press release.
