EXIM Banks of India and South Korea today signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to promote trade and investment between the two countries. The MoU was signed here in the presence of the Union Finance Minister, Mr Pranab Mukherjee, and the visiting South Korean Strategy and Finance Minister, Mr Yoon Jeung-Hyun. Mr Prabhakar Dalal, Executive Director, Exim Bank of India, and Mr Ki-Sub Nam, Executive Director from Korean Exim Bank, signed the MoU. Both the Ministers met along with their official delegations for their second bilateral meeting. The first bilateral meeting of finance ministers was held in Seoul in September 2006.
