Delhi Metro today said it has not taken any decision regarding increase in fares in the wake of a steep hike in power tariff in the Capital.
“At present, there is no decision regarding the increase in fares of the Delhi Metro services. Any such revision in fares will be proposed only after consultation with the board of directors,” the Delhi Metro said in a statement here.
The statement comes in the wake of reports that the power tariff hike could have a trickle-down effect on Delhi Metro’s fare structure.
