Two employees of Jet Airways were injured in the blasts that occurred at Brussels airport, an airline spokesperson said here.
The airline said in a statement, “As per latest information received from Brussels, Jet Airways guests are being shifted away from the airport by the local authorities. Arrangements for their food and accommodation is being made till the situation normalises.”
The airline also announced that it will not operate its flights from Delhi and Mumbai to Brussels on March 23. The airline also cancelled its flights to Delhi and Mumbai from Brussels on March 22.
The flights which stand cancelled are from Brussels to Newark, Toronto, Mumbai and Delhi as well as services from Newark and Toronto to Brussels for today.

The transit passengers who were in the terminal building at Brussels were shifted to hangars and the airline’s staff was coordinating with airport authorities and security agencies to arrange immigration formalities for transit passengers, the statement issued hours after the blasts adds.
The incident comes days before Jet ceases operations from Brussels as it is shifting its entire Brussels operations to Amsterdam from March 27. The airline set up its hub in Brussels in 2008.
